Marc Williams started his career at O’Melveny & Myers LLP, where he spent more than ten years as a litigator in Los Angeles and Century City, California. Marc has a broad range of litigation experience, including in the areas of copyright, trademark, idea submission, entertainment, contracts, unfair competition, business torts, and false advertising.

Marc is a zealous, thoughtful, and effective advocate at the trial and appellate levels in state and federal courts, as well as in arbitrations and mediations. He also provides practical advice to assist clients in favorably resolving disputes at the earliest stages possible.
