Marc comes to One LLP after more than ten years as a litigator at O’Melveny & Myers LLP in Los Angeles and Century City. Marc adds a broad range of litigation experience to One LLP, including in the areas of copyright, trademark, idea submission, entertainment, contracts, unfair competition, business torts, and false advertising. Marc is launching the new Santa Monica office of One LLP, with our partner William J. O’Brien. The office is located at 301 Arizona Ave., Suite 250, Santa Monica, California 90401.
