Peter Afrasiabi Begins Teaching Federal Appellate Clinic at UCI Law School

Peter Afrasiabi started teaching at the UCI Law School this Fall.  He teaches a federal appellate clinic, the same clinic he founded and taught at Chapman Law School from 2000-2011.

“It was an honor to begin and  direct the appellate clinic at Chapman and I am thrilled to have the opportunity to start UCI’s similar clinic at this time as UCI’s first class of law students begin their third year of law school,” Peter commented.

Peter has, over the years, litigated many high profile Ninth Circuit appeals with his students and has received published opinions in important political asylum and constitutional cases.
