Dr. Meng Xu is a partner in the Newport Beach Office of One LLP. Meng is an accomplished lawyer with extensive experience in patent and trade secret litigation, patent prosecution, and IP due diligence. She has represented leading pharmaceutical, biotech and consumer electronics companies, and boat manufacturers in all phases of patent and trade secret litigation in district and state courts, and the International Trade Commission (ITC), and in proceedings before the US Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB) of the US Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).
Prior to joining One LLP, Meng was an associate at McDermott Will & Emery. Before law school, Meng had many years of research experience in pharmacokinetic studies and drug analysis. Meng’s extensive technical experience allows her to understand the scientific and technical issues associated with complex patent and trade secret matters.
