A Look Back At 2011 for One LLP’s Patent Practice

2011 has been an incredible year for One LLP’s Patent Litigation Practice. Just taking 2011 into account, we were counsel in 52 patent litigations filed nationwide during 2011. This number surpasses firms that are many, many times our size. This also shows an incredible leap from prior years. For example, in 2008 we filed 8 patent litigations in the Central District of California and in 2009, we filed 10 patent litigations. While these numbers were still good enough to place us in the top 3 firms nationwide for Central District patent filings, in 2011 One LLP attorneys filed nearly 40 patent litigations this year in the Central District.
