One LLP secured a major trade secret verdict of $6.5 million for a local Los Angeles consumer products company. One LLP’s client, a leading housewares company, suffered losses when employees left, took company trade secrets with them, started a competing enterprise, and began successfully poaching the company’s key accounts. One LLP’s trial team, headed by Chris Arledge and Marc Williams, tried the case to a Los Angeles jury. After only a day of deliberating, the jury returned the multi-million dollar verdict in favor of One LLP’s client.
